Although using oils for acne might sound counter-intuitive, there are several natural oils that are great for clearing up and healing post-acne skin. Grape seed oil for example is very light in texture and is rapidly absorbed by the skin, making it especially effective for the repair of skin around the eyes in an eye serum. It's also commonly found in acne clearing serums. For skin that's recovering from acne, you can also use rosehip seed oil which contains high amounts of vitamin C making it a great source of concentrated antioxidants. It's used for clearing up scarring and stretch marks without making the skin dry or flaky. I use these ingredients frequently in the recipes found in my book! http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Acne-Book-Treatments-Cleansers/dp/1491269421/ref=la_B00CKMD9XQ_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1384331792&sr=1-2
